The Ardex UD 146 Edge Insulation Strip is used to absorb movement within the joint created by the horizontal floor covering and the verticle tile installation. The tile or stone wall base should not be bonded to the tile or stone flooring. Movement within the floor can affect the joint connecting the two planes. In these areas, proper installation is achieved with the Ardex UD 146 Edge Insulation Strips, which have a self-sticking adhesive foot. The Ardex UD 146 Edge Insulation Strip measures 4.5" (3.25" insulation & 1.25" adhesive footing) x 65.5' long. Price post is for 1 roll.
